(A Mothers of Civilization series article)
The terrific Tea4Two, sponsored by Muhammad’s Mosque #36 Protocol department led by Sister Anthanetta Muhammad, was an inspiring showcase of beauty, class, and community. This unique event brought together men and women from all walks of life for an afternoon of elegant networking, fashion, and cultural celebration. Sister Anthanetta, with the support of her dedicated team, created an atmosphere filled with warmth and refinement, offering an opportunity for attendees to connect and share their talents. Sister Amina Haqq, with grace and patience, made sure every participant—including vendors—had the chance to introduce themselves and highlight their contributions, fostering a sense of unity and sisterhood.
The event was elevated further by Queen Aminah’s stunning fashion show, themed “Coming to America.” Her models dazzled the audience in exquisite African-inspired garments as well as modest evening and business wear reflecting both traditional and contemporary styles.
The energy was kept high thanks to a lively DJ, and attendees enjoyed delicious, healthy cuisine throughout the event. Virtue Today Magazine extends special thanks to Sister Anthanetta for the invitation to such an extraordinary event, which beautifully displayed culture, refinement, and community spirit. This celebration is truly an event worth replicating in other cities, offering a remarkable blend of elegance and empowerment.
